Convenient Location, Comfortable and Friendly Staff. During my Christmas stay, I found the hotel to be in a great location, very close to the local attractions and facilities. The rooms provided a comfortable atmosphere and were well-maintained, with warm showers and air conditioning. The staff were very friendly, making me feel welcome and offering great customer service. The food was delicious, and there was always something for everyone.
Slow Wi-Fi, Noisy Surroundings. The downside was the Wi-Fi connection which was very slow, making it difficult to communicate with my family and friends.

During our recent business trip, we stayed at a hotel in Uganda that was unlike any other in the area. Located in an amazing area, the hotel's garden was perfect for unwinding after a long day. Unlike other low standard hotels in the field, the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and remarkably clean. the bathroom stood out too, with plenty of hot water and a sense of luxury, which was a welcome relief compared to other places we had stayed. the breakfast served was delicious and there was a range of facilities that you could use, including a coffee hut and kitchen department.
While the hotel staff were impeccably friendly and attentive, the extra charge for airport pick up and drop off was confusing and unexpected. Even though the hotel staff was polite and offered a discount, it still left an unfavorable impression.

Stayed here multiple times and it always feels like home. Super clean and hot water is always available. the staff is amazing: friendly, welcoming, and every one of them from security to servers makes you feel at home. Love working in the garden and experiencing a great cup of coffee. the location is great, easily accessible, and close to key attractions.
